		<description>I am in the same situation, about 1400 miles away from the signal source, near high tension lines, surrounded by reinforced concrete. The concrete with the rebar inside is a virtual "down the drain" as far as AM shortwave signals go, which is what the WWV signals are, I could not get any signal no matter what window in the apt. I tried. This is what solved it...I put the watch in my car, on the rear window deck, and left it there overnight. Watch picked it right up. After that, it has kept up to date with WWV ever since.  Try it; it's worth a shot.</description>
