You can take it to your local jeweler and ask or go to Casio's website. Casio has an online repair request form, see: http://www.casio.com/support/ My bet is it will be cheaper in the end to replace the watch, but you never know.

Take it to a watch repair place, and see if you can get a new battery and seal for the back. They'll be able to tell you how much it would cost, and whether it's worth saving or better to just get a new one.
I have an expensive Seiko watch that's supposed to be waterproof to however deep. I had it for several years and went snorkeling with it in Hawaii one day. I went pretty deep and noticed it fogging up within the next couple days. When I got back home, I took it to a watch repair place who said the rubber seal on the back cover had kind of deteriorated, allowing a bit of water to leak in. They put in a new battery and seal. I think it cost like $25. But, it was worth it to fix a $350 watch. And, it's worked fine ever since.

Turn it upside down and place the crystal on a dark washcloth and put a table lamp over it with a 40 watt bulb. Make sure the strap is out of the way. Leave it ALONE for 24 hours. Try it. Sometimes it'll take an additional 24 hours. GL!
