Or is there a digital portion that will reset, & I will have to reset the hands of the watch accordingly?
[If it matters, I am considering purchasing the Casio WVA-108HBA.]

Basically yes.
When you first set the watch, you set the hands to 12 even, to match the digital counters. After time is acquired, the analog portion is advanced to the set time. When the radio time updates, it will advance the analog forward or back to match digital time, or if the analog is fast, it may hold the analog until its time matches digital time, rather then move the hands backwards.
